Our mapping project in the West Bank and Gaza Strip has been completed. Over 2500 worker-days were created for local workers, who developed public domain map data for a region over 6,000km in size. In addition to complete road data, nearly 14,000 points of interest were collected.
Public domain data from the project can be downloaded here:
To view the kmz file, you need to install Google Earth, which you can download here. Open the file and our road and point of interest data will be overlaid on Google Earth imagery. Click any item to see it's attributes.
If you're using the data, we'd love to hear about it. Send an email to maps@jsintl.org and let us know what you're doing!
